A trial of a Banbury police officer accused of stealing crash victims’ personal data is due to resume today.
Pc Sugra Hanif, 27, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, denies obtaining and disclosing personal data and conspiracy to commit misconduct in a public office by stealing the details from the Thames Valley Police database and referring them to accident claim solicitors. The trial at Winchester Crown Court continues.
