A woman who died after being found at a house in Dover Avenue, Banbury has been named as 27-year-old Anne-Marie Gale.

Thames Valley Police said the post-mortem had been carried out yesterday but that the cause of death was found to be inconclusive pending further toxicology results.

The woman was found unresponsive at the property on Wednesday night. She was taken to the Horton General Hospital where she later died. 

A 49-year-old man arrested on suspicion of manslaughter remains in police custody.
