Legal arguments continued yesterday in the trial of five men arrested when police raided a scrap metal yard.
Evidence has yet to be heard in the trial of five defendants who deny charges of attempting to acquire and conceal criminal property at TR Rogers Metal Recycling, Nuneham Courtenay, in May last year.
The prosecution is expected to open its case at Oxford Crown Court on Monday.
