Billy Clarke, 26, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 28 in Abingdon. Fined £160, ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Gary Aldridge, 57, of Station Road, Faringdon, admitted drink driving on the A420 at Lower Bourton, Swindon, on April 13. Had 231mg of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months. Fined £165 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs.

Russell Smith, 26, of Stratton Way, Abingdon, was convicted of stalking without fear, alarm or distress between February 9 and May 1 in Marcham Road, Abingdon. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Also admitted stealing a cheque worth £2,438.40 belonging to Thames Valley Windows on July 18. Also admitted committing fraud, namely suggesting that a cheque to the value of £2,438.40 was legitimately payable to him.

Eric Austin, 43, of no fixed address, admitted stealing meat worth £22.45 from Paddyfields in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on August 31. Told to pay £22.45 compensation.

Andrew Bluto, 30, of Haseley Road, Little Milton, admitted speeding on the M4 between junctions 19 and 20 at a speed exceeding 50mph on December 26. Fined £260 and told to pay a £26 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Given six points on driving licence.

Robert Brewerton, 34, of no fixed address, admitted attending a follow-up assessment, but failing to stay for the duration at the Old Music Hall, in Cowley Road, Oxford, on July 1. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on May 17 for possessing a class C drug. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Lee Davis, of James Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a crate of beer worth £12 from the Co-op in Cherwell Drive, Marston, Oxford, on July 6. Fined £75 and told to pay £12 compensation and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Luke Grant, 27, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £31.14 from Sainsbury’s in Magdalen Street, Oxford. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Brice Guibert, 35, of Charles Street, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Marston Road, Oxford, on August 16. Had 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given an 18-month driving ban and fined £415. Told to pay a £42 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Richard Moffat, 25, of John Jones Close, Abingdon, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Garsington on July 25. Fined £190 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Edmund Mead, 56, of William Morris Court, Stowford Road, Headington, admitted drink driving in London Road, Headington, on August 15. Had 90 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 23-month driving ban and fined £180. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Joe Sutton, 26, of Mongewell, near Wallingford, admitted obstructing or resisting PC James Moxey in the execution of his duty in Otter Way, Didcot, on May 6. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £180 costs.

Jill Rayner, 51, of Rectory Lane, Kingston Bagpuize, near Abingdon, convicted of failing to reply to a written notice and provide information as to the identity of a driver to Oxfordshire County Council on May 16. Fined £70 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £60 costs.

BANBURY

Philip Hall, 44, of Allens Orchard, Chipping Warden, admitted drink-driving in Southam Road, Banbury, on August 2. Had 53 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £200, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Toheeb Hussain, 19, of Queens Road, Banbury, admitted possession of cannabis in Banbury on August 4. Fined £100, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.

Ryan Locke, 21, of Cypress Gardens, Bicester, admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply in Bicester on June 17. Community order made and told to do 150 hours of unpaid community work in the next 12 months. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Aaron Marriott, 28, of Lord Fielding Close, Banbury, admitted criminal damage after destroying a glass pane of a door in Banbury on June 8. Given a six-month conditional discharge, and told to pay £76.86 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge, and £45 costs.

Lyndsey Richardson, 22, of Northfield Farm Lane, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Hill, Witney, on August 4. Had 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £320, a £32 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Kirill Khakimov, 27, of Temple Street, Oxford, convicted of failing to give information regarding the identification of a driver of a vehicle when required in Banbury on February 5 and on December 27. Fined a total of £1,200, a £60 victims’ surcharge, and a total of £170 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

Katherine Brookbank, 34, of Ashcombe Crescent, Witney, admitted dishonestly falsifying a record made or required for an accounting purpose in Witney between January 1, 2012 and March 30, 2013. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months and must be under a curfew for three months. Ordered to pay £4,547.52 compensation, a £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Ashwell, 39, of Latimer Road, Carterton, admitted stealing food valued at £237.05 from Marks and Spencer and a t-shirt worth £18 from Fat Face in Marriotts Walk, Witney on May 27. Ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs. Failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on July 24. Fined £60.
