DoES the left and right hand at the John Radcliffe hospital know what the other is doing?

To park at the west wing outside, there area few parking spaces for disabled drivers.

These are free.

If you have to use the underground parking area, you have to pay – why?

On the subject of disability, I have a small, electric-powered mobility scooter.

This does not require the usual documentation as with a motor vehicle.

However, I have taken out third party liability cover (cost £90) in case of any claim against me.

I did this due to the thoughtlessness of people who let their offspring run wild in shops and just push their shopping trolleys without due care and attention.

I hope they drive their cars better.
