ANIMALS, face painting and crafty activities were on offer at a special event at Hilltop Garden Centre.
The centre in Ramsden, near Chipping Norton, held a free family fun day on Sunday to raise money for the Greenfingers Charity, which creates gardens for children’s hospices.
Among those enjoying the fun was Rachael Williams, who brought along daughters Isabelle, three, and little Lottie, six.
Miss Williams, who is from Carterton, said: “We did everything.
“We looked at the animals, Lottie went on one of those big inflatable balls on the water, and they made beaded pictures and had their faces painted.
“It was really good and really well-organised and lots of fun.
“We only thought we would be there for an hour, but we were there for about three hours in the end.”
Organisers are still counting up the amount of money collected for the charity.
