- Dale Phillips, 33, of Chapel Street, Bicester, admitted drink driving in Chapel Street, Bicester, on January 19. Had 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £110 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs. Given 16-month driving ban.
- Mark Weaver, 42, of Bankside, Cherwell Heights, Banbury, admitted assault by beating and common assault in High Furlong, Banbury, on August 19. Community order made with six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and 12-month supervision requirement. Restraining order made and told to pay £20 costs.
- Cyril Field, 68, of Birch Court, Colemans Hill, Headington, Oxford, convicted of harassment without violence between June 24 and July 11 at Wendlebury Road, Bicester. Community order made with six-month supervision requirement. Restraining order made and told to pay £160 compensation and £340 costs.
- Andrew Nesbitt, 34, of Parsley Place, Banbury, admitted stealing a can of lager worth £1.38 from Ermont Way petrol station, Banbury, on July 7, failing to surrender to magistrates on February 11. Given a three-month conditional discharge. Fined £30 and told to pay £1.38 compensation.
- Ruth Bednarczyk, 49, of Bicester Road, Kidlington, admitted drink driving in Banbury Road, Kidlington, on September 1. Had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £110 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge. Given 17-month driving ban.
- Matthew Turner, 22, of Margaret Close, Bicester, admitted assaulting Pc Mark White in the execution of his duty and causing criminal damage worth £260 to the panel of a police car in Sheep Street, Bicester, on July 29. Community order made with 100-hours unpaid work requirement and told to pay £285 compensation and £40 costs.
- Craig Yeomans, 21, of Reedmace Road, Bicester, admitted obstructing Pc Mark White in the execution of his duty in Sheep Street, Bicester, on July 29. Fined £265 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and 385 costs.
- Daniel Young, 24, of Beverley Gardens, Bicester, admitted using threatening words of behaviour to cause alarm or distress in Bicester on July 29. fined £335 and told to pay £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- Scott Blackley, 32, of Old School Close, Bicester, admitted drink driving on January 27 in Banbury Road, Bicester. Had 93 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £370 and told to pay £37 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 23-month driving ban.
- Frank Clarke, 52, of George Street, Banbury, admitted possession of heroin, a Class A drug, in Bicester North Railway Station, Buckingham Road, Bicester, on November 23. Fined £65 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- David Cross, 28, of Abbey Road, Witney, admitted drink driving on January 11 in Saxon Way, Witney. Had 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35. Fined £100 and told to pay £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 21-month driving ban.
- David French, 28, of Park Road, Banbury, admitted criminal damage worth £139 to a car window in North Bar Street, Banbury, on October 12. Given 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £75 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
- James Bartlett, 37, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, on October 12 in Witney. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.
- Joel Sawers, 27, of Lynbook Close, South Leigh, Witney, admitted drink driving in Oxford Hill, Witney, on July 22. Had 314mg of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Fined £500, told to pay £50 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs. Given 23-month driving ban.
