Chiltern on right tracks

CHILTERN Railways has been named top English franchise rail operator for train punctuality for the third period running, according to Network Rail.

The official rail industry figures are based on the percentage of services that arrive within a minute of their scheduled time.

Why is this news for Wallingford? Last time I looked it was First Great Worsten for us.

Chiltern are great. I used to live over their way and the service was cheaper and more reliable. I don't think I've taken a train to London from Paddington that has ever been on time. I will be moving again in a few months time, and will need to commute to London. I'm looking along the Chiltern line again...
