Office and homes scheme appeal lodged

AN APPEAL has been lodged after Cherwell District Council refused permission for offices and homes in Enslow.

Minns Estates applied to demolish the B-Line Business Centre in Station Road for a 170sq m office building and houses.

The council rejected the scheme in August, saying the area should only have converted homes and not new units and the plan would be “unsympathetic to its rural context” and mean the loss of employment land.

The independent Planning Inspectorate will now have the final say.

What no comment from the planning "experts" on here? Clearly the events at Enslow and elsewhere all around the country are inconvenient to their narrative.
