The Vicar Of Dibley star currently runs recently refurbished Clipper House in West Looe, Cornwall, as a holiday let business.

The property is split into three guest houses, The Clipper, The Crow’s Nest and The Main Sail, which could be combined into one large home.

Estate agents estimate new owners could “easily” earn up to £250,000 each year renting out the entire property.

TV property expert Sarah Beeny has listed the property on her online estate agency, Tepilo, including her own video tour.

In the video, she admits the outside of the house could do with a “little bit of a spruce-up and a few thousand pounds”.
