SPECIALIST small business accountancy firm Inca has opened a second office in Henley. And bosses have revealed plans to launch six more offices across the county and Berkshire by 2024.

Managing director Graham Carson said: “We’ve had a number of clients in the Henley area for some time, so the opening of this office provides us with an ideal opportunity to strengthen those relationships as well as better servicing the needs of existing and new Henley-based small businesses.”

Inca, which has its head office in Lyford between Abingdon and Wantage, was recently awarded an Investors In People Silver Accreditation, held by just 10 other accountancy firms in the country.

It was also a finalist in the international Business Excellence Forum for best company culture.

The Henley office is in Chiltern House Business Centre on the town’s Station Road.

Since 2015, Inca has been working with a group of Henley-based firms to encourage growth.

The networking group has generated over £650,000 worth of business and is on course to exceed £750,000 by April 2018, Mr Carson said.

Among its members is web design company Ri Web, which is also a client of Inca’s.

Ri Web founder Ryan Irving said: “Working with Inca has been a key part of our success from helping me understand our finances, through to attending and presenting at business workshops hosted by Inca resulting in new business leads.”

He added: “The majority of our clients are based in Henley, which has a very strong local economy and community.

“I’ve no doubt that having Inca here will only add to that.”
